We value your satisfaction and strive to provide top-quality products. Please note that all items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if an issue arises. It is essential to reach out to our customer service team first, as all issues must be reviewed and approved by us before being processed.
We take great care to inspect each product for defects or damage before packaging and shipping it to you. However, our quality control team is human, and occasional mistakes can occur.
Damages and Issues
We kindly ask that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly. To assist us in evaluating the situation, we may request clear photographs of the entire shipment, including the packaging (both the interior and exterior) as well as the damaged products, for our records.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as food (sauce, seasoning, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or give refunds on sale items, clearence, Last Chance (discontinued) items, damaged items or gift cards. They are FINAL SALE.
Vendors/Wholesale/Collective Partners
As our items are considered perishable, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. If your store maintains a return or refund policy for your customers, you are welcome to honor that at your own discretion; however, SlobsRus BBQ will not be involved in processing, accepting, or refunding any returned products on behalf of your customers.
However, we understand that unique situations may arise. If the item(s) meets our return criteria the following guidelines apply:
Return/Refund Criteria
Refunds are only eligible under the following circumstances:
- Store Responsibility: Refunds will be issued only if the store is at fault. Refunds will not be provided for issues arising from the manufacturing process.
- Courier Handling: The store is not responsible for any damage or mishandling caused during transit by the courier service. Any claims related to shipping damage must be addressed directly with the courier.
Customers must provide clear evidence of the damage (e.g., photos) within [7 days] of receiving the item.
Return/Refund Process

Return Shipping Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping and covering all associated costs,. You may select the shipping service of your choice, but we require that a tracking number be provided to ensure the safe return of your item. -
Processing Your Return:
Once the returned product is received at the shop and assessed, we will notify you of its condition. -
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable. Only the cost of the product itself will be refunded.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
